Looking for cave instructor

I know there are some posts already with instructor suggestions / recommendations, but seeing if anyone has potential recommendations on an instructor who teaches cave (preferably) with backmount. Would be coming from Wisconsin for what it’s worth. Primary interest is someone who is very thorough. I would reach out to them for further conversations to see if they’d be a good fit for me as well. Any help and / or suggestions are greatly appreciated. Thanks.

This is a subject that comes up frequently and a search can render results on this page. Realize most people will have had one instructor for cave training, so understand most recommendations won't have any type of comparison. I would suggest finding someone that is very active in teaching, in the area you plan to dive, and contact them directly to see if they fit your needs. Good luck.
