4th Annual Cannonball Cave Clean-up

The 4th Annual Clean-up will be held at Davidson's Blue Spring/Cannonball Cave on Saturday 12 August 2006. The clean-up is sponsored by the National Assocation for Cave Diving.

We will meet at 9:00 a.m. at the parking lot of the boat ramp. We will be picking up trash there, on the parking lot above the spring and the trail down to it and the shore line in front of the spring. We will then make a dive and clean the area in front of the spring and, possibily, a portion of the lake bottom between the spring and shore, depending upon the visibility. There will be a boat available so you will not have to do the hill in the August heat.

Afterwards we'll have a drawing for prizes which have been donated by NACD and either a picnic lunch or dinner at the Fishin' Hole in Greenville. Cold drinks and water along with "Off" spray water will be available at all times. Hope to see you there. Should you have questions contact me at:
