Very sad news. Cindy led me on some pretty cool dives @ Suwannee River State Park.
RIP Cindy & condolences to you Jean. You were friends/roomies for a long time. 😞

    Unhappy ?????

    My condolences to Jean.
I'm shocked. Cindy seemed so young and vibrant.

Sad news. Diving with Sindy was always exciting adventure. So many insane remote sinks and river holes. She was a true explorer and inspired many.

Cindy definitely had the explorer gene. A true loss.

Cindy and Al, who has also passed, along with Rich, were all responsible for me starting to cave dive.

I have fond memories of relining parts of Five Hole, and dipping through many other sinkholes in the area. She was maybe not the most organized diver in the world, but she was a hell of a diver and as you guys said, explorer gene was in her nature.

On top of that, she was truly a kind person, watching over so many animals, even dogs who killed her chickens, she didn't have the heart to shoot and instead would relocate.

    I'm going to miss her!
How can I forget, she sold me my first slr and I still use the same lens and dome port! Sadly all the pictures I have of her, are from a compact camera without a good flash.
