Dive Outpost and CaveStop have both been go-to housing in that area for me.

CaveStop http://cavestop.com/ has been a great option for our group. The largest property (Cave House) is right by the entrance to Peacock, and now has a large screened porch and covered gear hanging area.

3800 square feet, all for me... Probably out of my price range.

Similar issue for my wife and me. She prefers something less rustic than Dive Outpost and trailers, but most houses are either too big/expensive for just the two of us or too inconveniently located. Watching this thread to see what turns up.

I have stayed at the High Springs Country Inn several times and enjoy it.

Pod diver lodge is a Goldilocks solution to one or two people staying in a nice place.

There a a few great Airbnb options in the High Springs area. I have stayed a few times at the Historic suite within walking distance of Main Street a few times. Perfect place for one person or a couple.

We stay at The Cadillac Motel in High Springs regularly. Rooms are big and cheap and it's a short walk to food and beer at the end of the day.
