Pot Springs Closed
I tried to visit Pot Springs today but discovered that access to the property is temporarily closed. There was a sign stating that Pot Springs was closed as of June 3, 2019 for "land tract maintenance". There was no indication on the sign as to when it might reopen.
Proper Prior Planning Prevents Piss Poor Performance
"The Withlacoochee tract on Twin Rivers State Forest in western Hamilton County will be closed to vehicles through the end of summer. We will be doing construction and restoration work at Pot Springs. The equestrian trails remain open for horseback riding."
