    Default Cave Atlas Malicious?

I tried to get on Cave Atlas this morning and McAfee was saying it is a Malicious site. Did the site get hacked, or is McAfee wrong?

I own CaveAtlas and I have heard of it before. A few years ago, I moved the site from my personal server to a hosting service. It is possible that the hosting service has had malicious sites but CaveAtlas is not. The only malicious part of CaveAtlas is more people not posting condition reports

I think it's throwing that warning because you don't have an SSL cert on the site Walter.

I was gonna say, a lot of hosting companies offer SSL for free nowadays. Check with yours if they're doing the same. Maybe you just need to ask for the upgrade.

SSL was free at the last two hosting companies my wife used for webpages. It only required tweaking a few settings in the user panel.
