Should be interesting. That's one of the phd students in the lab that my wife is a master's student in. They do some pretty cool research and I've learned a ton I didn't know about caves just by listening to her tell me what they do everyday. The work that lab is doing is very different than most other labs doing karst research. They have a very specific niche in their studies which may lend to a greater understanding of karst ecology than we currently have.
