Depends on usage. For low oxigen gases I am not worried and also check for cracks etc. As long it is good its Good..
Hoses used with oxygen I am a bit more cautious. There have been oxygen fires with Inspiration CCRs that were tied to old hoses.
I've seen a few HP elbows on supply sites. What are the thoughts on HP elbow to reduce bending of gauge hose?

I do not change them if there is no leak or visible deterioration.
Many times I have asked myself if I should change them after a while, but there are many times to go around tagging them and writing down dates without even knowing what life time would be right.
