Its not just the state parks, They let me into Little Dismal with one just yesterday.

Wakulla is now open for experience dives. Intro/basic certification required at minimum, single tank divers must have H- or Y-valve.

Madison Blue Spring State Park has rescinded the No Scooter restriction when diving solo in sidemount.
