If you're in Galveston and interested in caves, surely you know of Prof. Tom Iliffe? He can probably loan you all the books you'll need for this project. Too bad he wasn't there when I studied marine biology.

One book that hasn't been mentioned yet is "Deep into Blue Holes", by Rob Palmer...has some nice details of the tools developed by Benjamin.
