I don't necessarily disagree but at the end of the day, it is what it is and we can't change it so we may as well embrace it. Maybe we'll see more traffic from the tech community and we as a group will deter some of that riff raff. Time will tell.

Did they do anything about parking? Like expand it to a bigger area or pull down the wire that blocked the road.

I havent been to buford or en since the new rules went into effect. Anybody got a link to how to register as a diver? And is there an option to do it at the ranger station as opposed to online

Well, it's started. An acquaintance posted on facebook for anyone that would like to join him that he'll be freediving Buford tomorrow. They built a walkway and now every idiot that thinks he can freedive deep or has an OW card is going to start hitting buford.
