Can someone please tell me the story behind the Energizer Bunny in Ginnie Springs? I love the area it is in but do not even know what it is called.

If we can play guessing-game, the entry I'll throw in is that it might be a tribute to Bill Main. I've never met him but heard him referred to as the energizer bunny. The story behind it was a dive in ginnie if I recall correctly, and was something to the effect that when everyone got to the spot to drop scooters and start swimming, that's when they took a good look and realized he hadn't been using one, he just waited till they got everything tied off, and continued on swimming with them.
