Got me for a couple hundred dollars. I thought I was helping out the NSS. I could care less about the book. Wish I could change my mind. I would rather just donate the money. I have never looked at the other ones I get in the mail. My bad.

If you paid with a cc or dc you can probably cancel. If they give you a hard time, call. the card issuer and tell them you were misled.

I just called the company and canceled. The lady I spoke with was very nice and did not harass me. Said I would get a refund to my card in 3-5 business days.
Thanks for the suggestion. When I get the refund I will make a donation to the NSS.

I just got off the phone with them prior to seeing this post. I ignored several post cards, emails and phone calls but figured I should call back to "do my part" for the cave community. Thankfully I'm cheap and declined the multiple offers of the book and other stuff. Only ate up mere 20 minutes of my time... multi tasking while I was completing online safety training at work. If I'm going to drop $200 I'd rather just donate the money directly to the/a organization... although the promise of "two easy payments of $99.99" was very thoughtful on their part.

Gave them a call this morning they just wanted my phone number since I didn't have the confirmation code and they canceled the order without question. Thank you for the information!
