Traveling with Pets

A couple of years ago just past Dive Outpost, we picked up a young Beagle that was wondering all over the road. We took it back to Cathy and naturally, she gladly accepted him. Later that day we learned she located the Luraville owner who had many dogs that were allowed to free-range about the property and local highway apparently. His reputation was well known in the area. How do you say... just a waste of good breathing gas
