We'll be down at Hole in the Wall House at Merritt's Mill Pond with a diverse group of cave divers from all over during that week. Swimming, scootering, rebreather, open circuit, backmount, sidemount, you name it. Something for everyone.

That sounds interesting. I will actually be in cave country first week of Dec. But perhaps I could hook up with yu for the last one. It's been awhile since I last saw JB. Are you staying in Marianna?

I'm from FL as well, and moving to NYC in March. I'll definitely need some dive buddies, and will be all over some trips down south...

Yes, we'll be staying right on the pond.

Sure, just pull up one of those big heavy metal discs located in the middle of Broadway and jump right in. Watch out for alligators . . .

Seriously though, if there is, I'm not aware of it.

Get in touch with the local NSS grottos. They are the ones who know about the caves in the area, and which if any have sumps. Otherwise look for a national geologic service list of the springs in NJ/NY/PA, i'm sure something like this has to be around somewhere right? I'm not sure of where in NJ and NY the caves are, but they have to be there, whether or not they are open for diving is another story, but there needs to be lots of leg work on this to find stuff.

    Default Pennsylvania Cave Diving

Came to this thread looking for info on cave diving possibilities on diving in the NE part of the country - i found myself near "Roaring Springs" Pennsylvania south of State College and speaking to the locals (and seeing plenty of enticing springs near the roadside) started hearing about sidemount or no-mount possibilities in that area. Anyone have any leads?

    Default PA

I live in Pottstown, PA just got back from Cave Country. Nothing like driving 1,000 miles to do a 22 min cavern dive. Dam sinuses. Let me know if you find any leads in PA I will help with them if you need. I can sherpa as good as the next guy. I talked to some grottos they don't really like to share info.
