Horn Spring?
On my way into work this morning I heard that there is a meeting tonight in Crawfordville to discuss recreational uses of the tract of land that the state purchased from St. Joe Paper that I believe includes Horn Spring. Could not make the meeting. Wondering if anyone knows about this and the diveability of Horn Spring.

Horn was part of a hunting lease. 15 or so years ago, they allowed some limited access, then some people (not divers) decided that there was not enough garbage around there, so the club shut it off. The road was deep sand.
Horn is about 25 or so feet deep, really small vents and boils. There were a lot of limbs ans stuff on the bottom, but I have not been there for a number of years. Good place for confined open water class.
You can get there by canoe from Natural Bridge Road. Mat Bull would know more about that than I do. There is another vent just upstream on the St. Marks from Horn, but its even smaller.
