I looked at the survey, what region is Chassahowitzka WMA considered to be in, since this is a question that is in the beginning.

Also, with the directing this to scuba divers, does that mean they aren't differentiating between cave divers and OW divers for Eagles Nest by lumping everyone into the scuba diving category?

The survey is it is looking for comments/feedback from shareholders(us) before the upcoming commission meeting December 5th, 6th, and 7th in Gainesville Florida. I will keep you posted as we get closer to the date as there will probably be voting and discussing this on only one day. Just FYI the survey brings you back to the southwest page so you can give input on other proposals. Please make comments as they read them.

How would this work? Would it be like the diepolder system where you need to register says in advance or would it be just join a registry and you're good to go.

choose "Return to Region Page", then choose "Finished". It's there, you just have to navigate one page further to get to it.

Just to clear up confusion the concept is what they are asking about the finial rule will be bigger and contain three sections when finished. 1. dangers of the site 2. required certs, deco, mixed gas, full cave, 100 post full cave cert dives. 3. application/permit with self attestation that the individual requirements are met including the 18yr old age requirement.

Just to clarify, that is only for Eagle's Nest, right?

Buford is my only future interest as of right now, the experience necessary to dive the Nest safely will be out of reach for me for quite some time.
