So who changed it? And can we all help improve the lines now? I have some ideas

As I understand it, some people complained to the state about some decisions of the line committee, so the state decided to eliminate the line committee.
When in doubt, marker it out.

Not accurate. They liked the interaction with cave divers, and help keep them up to date with line safety issues. The issue is that state can't ask a volunteer to do something, and the line committee was volunteer based, not state employed. That is the Reader's Digest version.
Whether a line committee exist or not is really irrelevant, diver safety is tantamount, and past line committees were formed because people would make changes to satisfy themselves, and someone would change it back, which resulted in constant battle. If people respect each other and consider the big picture, which is not themselves, but the safety of everyone, there is no need for line committees etc.

My "no" was directed at TD's need to go back there.... but I'm rescinding it now. I happen to like the T... and commend whoever decided to take action and go ahead and fix it. It seems pretty self explanatory, so the change wasn't given a second thought on my part. To be honest, I was more perturbed by the t-rex with the gator in his mouth... in the Godzilla room.
Godzilla was NOT a dinosaur. Now THAT is something to get snow-flakey on the internet about....![]()
