The problem is, a lot of people have voted, and may not a second time.

We can't vote more than once? hmmm, sounds novel to me, but then I'm originally from Chicago, where the political ads all say to:
"Vote Early and Vote Often!"
Shouldn't there be a "whatever's best for the dive" option?
