Did you mean SPG hose. If it is a SPG hose then I'll take it if you are willing to ship to NC.

It's for when you wanna be really sure that your buddy doesn't take your reg.
You can put a qc6 and a second stage on it. That way you can access gas out of any bottle that has qc6 fittings on it.
