Update cow

Cow is now open. I know this has been a back and forth thing but conditions have changed for the better.

MA and I had a very nice 95 minute dive at Cow today with vis in the 50 foot range and with some "sporting" flow. Always a pleasure swimming by the clay bank in the "Sistine Chapel," especially with MA with you....
