I guess I better take my scooter to FL this weekend. I was hoping to just swim at someplace like Peacock, but I suspect all the low current sites are flooded.

I think with all the sites being crowded, you'll scooter 50ft, stop and wait for an opening to sneak by another team, and repeat..........

All you need is a genuine 8" Ginsu attitude adjuster attached to the nose of your scooter. You will get the right of way.

The millpond is looking good. JB had poor milky vis last week from the runoff but it has been clearing the last few days. Today it looked good. Flow is up a bit but nothing crazy. I have not been myself but I heard from divers this past weekend that Twin and upstream HITW (no report from downstream) are both good.

I read Hart had gone under somewhere around here, but do not recall where I saw that. Watching the river gauges, I'd expect manatee to start seeing another foot or more of hydrostatic pressure from the river by the weekend. I don't think it is there yet.

Depends on how you define "the area". Manatee is still open, and so is Jug Hole.
