    Default Diveable 2/4 and beyond

Okay questions for those local and familiar with the River levels. Heading to Florida next Friday for some diving and was curious what might be diveable for the week. Little River has always been a favorite but don't know how long it takes to clear out persay. I know North Florida mill pond is not an issue but what will central florida be like? Thanks in advance.

Manatee, Ginnie and Rock Bluff are some that generally are okay even when Peacock and the like are blown. Up in the Panhandle Ebro Blue gets better the higher the river gets.

We spent a protracted period of time with a drought, that many people got used to diving 12 months a year at all springs, but it looks like the springs rains have returned, although closer to winter. Advisory to all visitors during the "spring rain" months, it is common for things to get blown out for an unpredictable length of time. Because of that there is crowding at the places that are divable.

Hart springs might still be holding by then.
Peacock might survive this round by a hair..

I think Hart is gone. You may be right about Peacock.

Forgot to quantify backmount. Pending conditions once we get up to the panhandle with the mill pond we just may shorten the trip some if options are limited.

Ebro in the Panhandle is backmountable. Ward Beecher and Scott Hunsucker put most of the line in there in backmount. If fossils excite you then it is a really good dive and just gets better the higher the river gets as it cuts the flow down and really improves the visibility.
