I've experienced this once, and it about blew my balls off... I was camping out at a downstream entrance one night, and hit the system literally the day it began to reverse. With the turbidity died down, vis went from 10-15 the day before to about 60+. I'm convinced there are lower aquifer seeps/vents in places because during this time I came across a clear blue lens of water. I have yet to experience that again.
Nevertheless, allow me to state how thrilled I am about work being done here. There are a number of people who have long been wondering what's going on back there, so to see a group of professionals tackle the system this efficiently is quite satisfying. I anticipate some long standing questions being answered by the work being done here.
Anyways, keep up the good work. Thanks for Sharing.
