Well I strongly suggest you get over here... I can basically guarantee 3 and 4 (4 on the way to diving mantas - In Feb in Inhambane in Mozambique) and for 1 there is about a 25% chance. You should (moving down the coast) also be able to see tigers, bull, hammerehead, sand and some other sharks.
Coeloecanths are (sort of) serious diving. We dive of ribs and launch through the surf. 0m to 100m in 3.5min. Depths of between 110m and 125m. Total dive time of about 4 to 4 1/2hours. Water temp on deco of about 21 to 28ºC bottom temp at 14 to 16ºC. Viz between 10 to 50m. Current between 0 and 5 knots.
Ascents are done drifting on SMBs and we deploy from the side of the canyons at about 90m.
The old oily ones are found in Sodwana on our North East coast and there are some pretty descent reef diving as well.
And because of the exchange rate it would be cheap as well.
