One Pressed Steel low pressure (2400 psi) 45 cubic foot tank with 300 bar DIN valve with convertible plug (valve will work with DIN or yoke). Still in original hydro period with original date of May 2002. Just had a new VIP done on it so its good for one year. Asking $100 plus shipping (& insurance). If interested, please contact Jack Wilhelm at jwilhelm@comcast.net.

You might want to check that to make sure. I've never seen a 300BAR valve that would accept a "donut" to convert it to yoke. A 300BAR valve is too deep to fit inside the yoke clamp.

    Generally, convertible valves are 200BAR.

A 232 Bar valve might be what he is talking about. If you look at the newr tanks for that are below 3500 psi then it can take a 232 and still have a insert for converting to yoke or din.

Sorry, TJ, but by my rudimentary measurements, what you have appears to be about 900BAR!

Slim, you're correct, it is probably labeled as 232BAR. But many people are lazy and call it 200BAR to distinguish it from 300BAR.

(TJ, please tell me that's a product of Photoshop, and nobody actually built that.)

    Default correct valve type

I believe you guys are correct, it's not a full 300 bar but the 232 bar that comes with a lot of the newer tanks. I had this type of valve specially put on this tank when I bought it so I'd have the use of the donut when needed. Thanks for the corrections on this, Jack.
