    Tie your safety reel to their crotch strap and slowly send them to the surface. You can keep their head up by pulling on the line. As crowded as little River is now days, someone would probably be there to help him.

    why hasn't anybody mentioned checking what gas they are breathing? If they are still breathing there must be a reason and it may be as simple as wrong gas, In Little River hit the roof, switch and go down he/she may come around all by themself, in the second switch underwater for them, hope it doesn't drown them.

    An unconsious diver breathing or not isn't going to hold their breath, don't worry about overexpansion injury. It would be nice to have them in a position the gas would easily escape but whatever, it will escape.

    The bends can be treated death cannot.
