I haven't finalized everything with Ginnie's staff, but you can expect us to set up at the Little Devil pavilion around 9:30 or so on December 31, and start serving around noon. Then around 5pm we move the whole shebang to the Ginnie pavilion and start cooking around 6 or 7.
