How are you to tell that the pictures and videos is not going to be the basis of anything?.

So what is the 1015th picture and the 50th youtube video of the Genovesa gonna do?

Pictures and videos of these cave aren't going to be the basis of anything. Countless pictures have been taken there. These cave have been on spanish TV a bunch of times and there are tons of pictures online.
People from Grup Nord are the once who have actually done scientific work there and they have actually released papers about their work including tons of picture and great video. It was just not advertised on facebook.

How are you to say that pics and videos are not going to be the basis of anything.
There are plenty of good reasons not to publish too much detail about objectives of an ongoing project.
Why constantly question that?


Our questions should be around the permit and accepting the claims for the permit being in place as valid.
So given that the next step would be to inquire with the authorities how such permit was issued when it was stated that no permit would be granted to anyone until the regulation would be in place.

This fingerpointing at the folks diving there and speculating about the legitimacy of what they actually are doing really sounds only butthurt and nothing else.


Actually some of the overall tone is really off putting and give me reason to question whether I want to continue be associated with the group and I bet I am not alone.

The purpouse is the creating of youtube videos??

JP states in FB that ONE of the objectives is to shoot this video to provide documentation for conservation purposes..
And saying so would imply there is other objectives as well..

The fact is and this is not opinion, we have a letter from the Directora stating that no Licenses are being issued because they are in the process of writing the criterias and protocol for issuing the Licenses.

We cannot change that by opinion, yours or mine.

I also do not threat anything! I am just stating my opinion in regards to tone and allegations without much of a basis.
I would appreciate if you and bent would stop this somewhat hostile attitude, but obviously this is your choice.


At this point I do not want to leave the group, I would rather wish that we direct this energy towards something positive and contructive!
I am just saying that this makes me think!

Yes and this is the basis for questioning, but this does not entitle to question the motives of the guys currently diving there and doing so I consider not helpful.
