This SMS 100 doesn't have the cool red color of current SMS lines, but it was perfect for me starting with training in sidemount, then all the way to full cave, stages, DPV training and, a total of about 200 cave dives along the way.

Mods include, "Edd" and other: “H” harness with the big bulky plastic buckles removed from the shoulder straps, and rails removed from the butt-plate; “old school” bungees added; swapped inflator and pull dump locations, with dump cord through a thin hose at the inside of the left shoulder strap; and a split-crotch strap, instead of the standard.

Shoulder strap buckles and original crotch strap can be reattached easily with tri-glides, and rails can be reattached to the buttplate. If you don't want the split crotch strap, deduct $10. If you want to add a steel butterfly attached with sex bolts through the 2 holes just above the large D-ring on the back, add $10.

Size SM, Small to Medium. I'm 5'10'', 195 lb. It can work well for someone significantly shorter and smaller but, frankly, this is not the right harness for someone who is a whole lot shorter or taller than about 5'11' and 210 lb. IMO.

Does it come with the cam bands and snaps?

2" plastic buckle cam bands, tri-glides, and butterfly snaps included. If you, or anyone else, prefers a different setup, just let me know. Thanks for pointing out that I didn't mention those.
