Should add, back up light was found the evening of Sat March 5th. Light was newer, not beat up

No bolt snap on it. Not sure if the line attaching it wore through or it just fell out of a pocket. It was away from the line.

I know it's a long shot, and not the correct location, but I did lose a DRIS impact stubby at Ginnie a while back. Maybe someone found it, dove it till it died and discarded it there?
