    I find a well placed piece of duct tape works well to keep the eyes adjusted and not get blinded by the light.

    Seconding the "carry all required lights in good order".

    It is a good confidence builder, though. I know some that have exited on the light of their dive computer - just for training, of course.

    All of this is to reinforce training and awareness.


    BUT - is there really a chem light society, or is it like the mile-high club??

    Wow... looking at military glow sticks. They actually make tactical infra-red that can only be seen with night vision equipment. That's cool!

    It's only cheating if you put a reflector at the back.
    But reflectors would allow us to play ....."my light column is narrower than your light column".
