    Default Thank You Bobby And UWLD

    I just want to say thanks to Bobby for great customer service. Both Mike and I sent our lights to get repaired and he did the repairs under warranty. When he shipped them back UPS screwed up the delivery and the package went missing for a few days. I thought the package had gotten stolen. It turns out UPS delivered the package to the wrong door and my neighbors had it. However Bobby offered to send me a canister that I could use until my light was located or the UPS claim settled. I thought that was pretty cool.

    Thats what customer service is and I would expect nothing less from Bobby!

    Bobby also repaired my light under warranty, no problems. Great service!

    Bobby has taken care of me on a few occasions with warranty work as well as lengthening my cords. I have also received great service from the Light Monkey guys also on LM light. I really don't think you can go wrong with either of them.

    I can't speak to the level of his customer service as I've yet to need to contact him but I can speak to the quality of his product. Before I had my LD35 there was really no use in even having my 21w LED when my buddy behind me has an LD35, I might have well turned my light off. I can speak about UPS and their customer service, received my UV40 a couple weeks ago and it looked like they hooked it up to the truck and dragged it to my house. I've always had a good experience with LM as well.

    when I had a problem with my light after a dive in JB, Edd loaned me his own light for the rest of my day and got on the phone with bobby right then. I headed home without my light after my dives that day but bobby had it fixed up and to my door in only a few days. I love it when you put your trust (and $$$) into small companies and they live up to it.
