Top off the night before in Luraville, dive Madison, return to Luraville for a top off and then dive Peacock. Makes for a very nice day. This advice was given to me and it worked out perfect.

Another option is a second set of tanks.
Monkey dive stages on first dive, reserving back gas if u don't have spare set.
Just rent an extra set of tanks to take with you.

When I dove Madison two weeks ago on Oct 21, the workmen said the steps would be completed in two more weeks...so that would be yesterday if they kept to their schedule.
