The County voted last night to challenge the permit of the City of Tallahassee’s sprayfield because of the pollution of Wakulla Springs. However, the City is really pushing in the opposite direction. Mayor Marks and Commissioner Kessler are meeting today. An emergency commission meeting will be held at 7:00 PM tomorrow evening at the commission chambers off 319. I am trying to have as many people who care for Wakulla Springs to the commission chambers as possible. Public comment will be allowed at this meeting, and the commission will be able to vote on the matter. Just your presence will help. Please consider coming to the meeting tomorrow and also consider calling a friend or acquaintance who you know cares about the restoration of Wakulla Springs.
