Anyone been into Gator Hole Spring or Treehouse lately?

I am going out on the river today via Kayak and thought about checking these out from the surface. I have read what I can find on CaveAtlas. Just wondering if anyone has dove them recenly.

I now live very close to Gator Hole Spring, so I was interested if any map or details exist. Line conditions, BM, SM etc..

Better done in SM although you can do BM if not staging. Line starts on the right side of the entrance. After first 100' (20' deep nice big deco tunnel) there is a sinkhole on private property then duck under restriction at approx 70' which is a tricky part in BM. Gold line stops at sink. I usually scooter to the sink it saves tons of air. After restriction it stays about 70ft with strong current and viz not very often over 15-20' . It then gets deep like 110 and again shallow 70-80'. There is over 3600 mainline and its unexplored. Cave has river water and has almsot always same temperature as river (cold in winter), however it also has a clear water source yet to be found. Many side passages but all are kinda tight and silty. The source of the river water is Gator syphon (scary thing first time penetrated as I have heard by Lamar Hires team long years back). You must display dive flag- folks were confronted by wildlife rangers.

From my limited experience in the area the rises such as Alligator, Myrtles etc. Are best done at times of really low water. When the river is high it seems to be more tannic and thus the viz in the cave really sucks.

I wanted to take a look yesterday, but there were a bunch of kids swimming and swinging from the rope, so I just passed it by. Anyone know what the sink is like? I have not met all my neighbors yet, but that plot is just a short walk from me.
