    Default Scooter Batteries

Where is the cheapest place to get scooter batteries? ELS in Atlanta no longer carries Yuasa/Genesis batteries.

I just bought 2 for my ss uv26 from the battery store (batterystore.com) in sanford, i paid 99.95 ea, plus state tax because i was a fl resident. They were january production batteries and i had them in 2 days. the best price elsewhere for the genesis batteries was 119. Bill

I used to get all my batteries there, but I ordered some PowerSonic PS-1229s for my Wreck 1 last fall, and they tried to pawn off some off-brands that were the same size, but 2.3aH instead of 2.9aH. Seems they don't sell PowerSonic any more. The others are cheaper. But I needed 2.9aH.

So I went to Arcade Electronics on the internet. I have gotten my light batteries, plus batteries for my two Teknas and my Scubapro scooter. Good prices, good batteries, and quick, too.

I thought something was odd the other day when I called about a ps-1230 and they said it was 3.3aH instead of 3.0aH.
