Below was the information gathered for last years workshop. Check to make sure that it is still accurate. Dive shops open, hotels still there... maybe someone from the area can chime in here on this.
HOTELS
What hotels are in each area?
Those from out of town usually arrive Thursday night and stay at the All Star Inn in St Roberts, (573-336-3223) they have a diver discount 10% I think. It’s a great place for the price which is very reasonable. They have 1,2,3 bed rooms. It is located Also on Rt 66 E.
Driving east to west on Route 66 is the Star Motel, the 911 Station, downtown Waynesville, Odyssey Scuba, Roubidloux Springs Park

No local shops currently do Trimix fills. All can do Nitrox and/or O2. Odyssey Scuba (near RBD) might do Trimix. I have a friend who may be able to accommodate a diver or two with Trimix fills if he knows well in advance.

Someone asked for more info in the Ozark forum. This is what I posted there:
For "procedures and protocols", stay tuned here. Typically, we dive Roubidoux the Friday before the Workshop, and Cannonball the Sunday after. Both caves go deep, and would need trimix, however, you can dive either one on nitrox, and still get in a nice dive. Since recent rains can blow them out, check conditions first. The best for Roubidous is the local diveshop, http://www.moscuba.com/ 573-774-DIVE (3483)
You can get info for cannonball at the Workshop.
I know you don't attend -because- of the attendance prizes, but they have started to roll in. In years past some attendees have won items of value far more than their ticket price!
In other local news, Roubidoux Spring is just now becoming divable again! Yeah!

I'm doing Trimix fills for Y Kiki Divers. Presently, we've got about 900 cf of Technical Diver Grade Helium (my Doria trip was blown out by weather.) We also have a few T's of Oxygen and a T of argon. Time permitting - we'd be happy to take care of you!
If you want mix or deco for RBD or CBL, contact me (314.623.0755) or the shop: Y Kiki Creve Coeur - 13001 Olive Arcade Plaza, Creve Coeur, MO 63141, 314-469-8722

Pre-registered and took off from work. Really looking forward to this workshop!
I didn't see anything about donating for the social. I wouldn't mind donating a little towards it if someone would kindly give me the paypal info. Thanks
Will a updated map of Roubidoux be available at the workshop?
