    Cool To what end ?

    No mount can be challenging, but if you need to do it for access to a cool system, then maybe it is worth the effort ! But the following video is just plain insane: ...........................>

    I have no mounted a few times, and I always use a tether in case a tank takes off down a slope etc. I see they have a technique without a tether, and that may be a function of passage narrowness. Any thoughts from other no mounters of tether versus no tether?

    doesn't really freak me out, but it seems boring to me. I guess we all have our favorite parts about cave diving.

    cool video, glad i saw it, more glad i didn't lug all my stuff there to do it.

    I spend a week a month in Wisconsin, are there any caves worth diving?

    Is this the cave the beaver also uses. Might make a boring dive a little less if he is headed out while your on the way into the system
