I have dove LR a few times when it was that low in the mid 90's. Once I had a freaking pitbull practically in my face when I surfaced just a few ft away from the tree/log. Had to tell the owner to get him away from be or we would both be going for a swim.

OK, I have to ask.. Waldo, are you just trying to avoid deco, or DCS? Unless something has changed in the last few years, a lack of thermal protection and subsequent fatique can increase risk for DCS. I prefer to be more 'safety concious' than 'rules concious'.
