The OW limit is for the Main Spring and Catfish. Friedman is still Full Cave with at least one experienced at Friedman. The only real new changes are you can dive till one hour before the park closes, (so in the summer you could dive till 7:30) and the Ranger Station does not hold your C-Card. Divers still need to check out when done diving.
That's not the explanation I received over the phone. 24 cave divers at one time. There was no delineation between Catfish and the other sinks.

Still 8 in Catfish 4 in Friedmans at one time 16 per day Catfish 8 Fiedmans per day with a total per day of 24 Cave Divers. Same as it was but Cave Divers are not included in with the OW numbers. After Manatee Springs Park Inspection this year the they started including Cave Divers as OW because they said the Cave Divers at Catfish were in Catfish OW and Friedman Divers often exited at Catfish.

If he says it about Manatee, then it is so.

The ranger told me, a few days ago, 60 divers, any type, per day.
