Buford

Has anyone been to Buford in the last week? I need to know the visibility in the basin.

I want to do a light painting there but want clear water to the surface.

I bet its crystal clear. I didn't get by it this past Saturday, but EN basin was very nice, and a secret spring nearby was perfect.

Thinking of heading to Buford with a buddy for the first time on Sunday. I've already checked the Caveatlas reports through Jan. 7. Anyone have any more current info or educated guess on likely conditions?

was at eagles nest but found out i dont remember how to get to buford anymore. havent' been there in many years.
but the roads and everything else there is bone dry. my hunch is that buford is fine

Was there with my son this weekend & basin was great! Water in the swamp was up a bit, but conditions overall were pretty good.
