Default Best Fins for Size 13 Rock Boots?

I recently purchased my first drysuit (DUI TLS 350), however my size 13 rock boots won't fit in my XL Hollis Bat fins as the foot pocket is too narrow and too deep for the boot. I bought a pair of XXL classic jet fins off of Dive Gear Express, but again, the pocket is still to narrow and too deep. I've read about adjusting the foot pocket on the fins with a heat gun or a bath tub of hot water, but I'm not convinced that's the best idea. If anyone has any advice on this or knows of where I can find a fin to properly fit a size 13 rock boot, I'd be most grateful. Thank you in advance!

I wear a size 15 regular neoprene boot with my drysuit and I use a pair of OMS Slipstreams XXL. I also use the same fins with a wetsuit and size 13 Chuck Taylors.

I wear the Turtle Size (used to be the only size available; now called 3XL) Turtles with mine and they fit great. I've also used the XXL Slipstreams, just liked the weight of the Turtles better.

I came across the turtles. Are the straps on those easy enough to swap out with spring straps?

The Turtles and Jets are heavy. The Slipstreams and DiveRite fins are more neutral. If you have a tendancy to be feet heavy as I do you may find the Jets or Turtles really make it hard to trim out. When I go swimming in salt water and try to float on my back my feet sink and I float at about a 45 deg angle. Just something else to consider.

F1 bat fins for sure. The foot pocket is huge!

Sorry I didn't really read into your post that much. I thought they would have worked but def on the negative side.

Yes, I have the spring straps on mine. You just get the style that have a stiff wire through a short cylinder for an attachment point. Cutting off the old hardware takes most of the work, then just pinch the ends of the stiff wire back into the holes left by the old hardware. Super simple. I have around 1500 dives on my current set and still the original spring heels straps.

Funny. Mine are literally the same numbers. I can vouch that that works. I'm surprised you couldn't get the Hollis foot pockets to work. Did you try xxl?
