For the past 35 years, as an aquatic biologist, I have actively investigated numerous fill kills, chemical spills, and pollution sources that have impaired our Nation's waterways. Upon finding the responsible party, I have worked diligently to resolve, through enforcement if necessary, those issues.

My research with fish and aquatic macroinvertebrate populations has been instrumental in the design and implementation of water quality assessment tools that are currently used to help identify and abate pollution sources. Protecting our water resources has been my life's work.

I read all of Tony's articles. Most people on this forum do not. And for those that do read them, they do little else to support clean up and/or protection of our waterways.

Take you, for example. You come to this country 3-4 months/yr., read a few of Tony's articles (if you read them at all), then go cave diving, open your pee valve, piss in our springs, then go home. Please tell me you've done something more than that to protect/conserve our waterways. Please.

What's your point? You are an aquatic hero so you get to decide what the rest of us want to read or not read. You made a post telling Tony nobody cares and nobody reads his posts and which obviously was not the case and now you are all uppity because you clearly do so much for the aquatic world and the rest of us are unworthy?? I'll put my hand up, I have done nothing to protect the aquatic waterways, sorry, I didn't go beyond high school and become scientist, I joined the military instead. And if some people didn't do that others wouldn't get to go to university and fulfil other roles. The point being is many people do their part to contribute to society and the world at large and everyone has a role to play, it is exceedingly ignorant to assume that yours is greater and more meaningful than everyone else's.

I didn't know there was a ban on urination in the various cave systems. Is your goal to become the Pee Pee police and see if people are hooking up at the sites? Because I know what I'd tell you to do!
