Well I had heard the same thing Sludge from my LDS and they are pro Scuba Pro that is there main seller. I was open water and I had Scuba Pro twin jet fins, Scuba-pro classic bcd, Scuba pro bottom timer, Scuab-pro wet-suit, Scuba-pro tank, Scuba pro uwatec smart Com and I still have and dive it. And I had a scuba pro mk25/S600 that was my best friends. I looked like a scuba pro poster child LOL.

But I was diving with someone that had the Apeks DS4,ATX-50 and he handed it off to me in a air share drill and I said WOW!!!! that sure is a nice breathing reg. He laughed and said he was a pro scuba pro guy till he tried the Apeks aslo so i asked him if the breathed just as easy at depth as they did at 20' He said I will let you see when we get there so at 120' in lower orange he handed off to me to try and well I have a few of them.

If you like the Dive Rites, you can also check out the Salvo regs (same OEM). Great reg for the price. But with the price jordan mentioned above DR might have Salvo beat there...

I had to get in on this as well. I have 2 complete sets of diverite reg's. 1 set for sidemount and 1 set for backmount. I have relegated all of my other reg's. to stage bottles and O2 bottles now. I just completed my trimix cert. this fall and I used my backmount reg's throughout all of my training and cave dives. They never failed to perform at any depth and just for the record to Jammer...I look like the poster child for Diverite. At least that's what everyone up here has told me. Hey, what can I say...their gear just plain works. See ya'll in cave country soon!
