The parts # that's on the box of the replacement bulb I just bought for my Dive Rite 10w HID is M10P001-1
    I don't know about the O.M.S. Phantom.

Check the Solarc website, they say that OMS uses their bulbs in 10W HID phantom dive light. I pretty sure that both lights use the same bulb which is M10P001-1 $126.00 through welch allyn.

Or $75.95 on this site. This site is where I also got the Welch Allyn specs.

Your OMS would be a W.A. bulb unless you got one when they were testing one of the MFGs out of Taiwan. (I don't think any made it to market). When picking your bulb you only need to decide what beam divergence you would like. Most people use the 6-degree version but if you thought yours was too narrow, now is the time to change it. Both part numbers below should be direct replacement on your light head.

    M10P001 6 degree spot
    M10P002 12 degree flood

You can get both of them from either supplier mentioned above.
