I thought all cave dives were fun dives?

    Halcyon makes dive gear.

    GUE trains divers.

Let's see if I can get this right: Halcyon is the manufacturer, GUE is the training agency, Extreme Exposure is the shop, DIR is the philosophy... Did I leave anything out?

Which brings me back to the sort of question/statement Halcyon makes a side mount system??? I mean... based on that statement they make the gear used by the training agency and sold by the dive shop which supports the philosophy, Right??

This is NOT suggesting I don't like or support GUE divers or the DIR philosophy and I do like the gear I see with the Halcyon logo on it... just trying to clear up the whole confusion I've had over that whole tryst....

    Halcyon makes some gear.

    Gue teaches dir (mostly).

Some of halcyons gear is dir. But not all.

EE sells halcyon, scubapro, Santi, and others. Gue instructors (and others) teach out of the shop.

That's the nuts and bolts of it.
