    Sirens!!!!

Well, we can do the popular thing and blame the guy's instructor, the Agencies, his congressman and G dub. Anything but the divers.
More likely they just farked up. No such thing as an accident, ask any Highway patrolman.

    Kudo's to Edd though!!!!

If anything, JB is too easy. It lulls some divers into a false sense of security.

Please don't start speculating when there is zero information here right now.
It's not fair towards anyone involved in this.

I'm glad Ed saved someone else's life..this story should be interesting. Did Edd find him in the cavern, in the cave, alone...wth

It is ridiculous so many people have gotten into trouble in JB.
After the first couple saves I thought, damn, Edd is awesome...now I think, Edd is awesome and wtf is going on up there, why are there so many close calls?

You don't really expect this, do you? Are you serious? Damn, it sounds to me like it is time for public shaming of the victim, his instructor, the agency that certified him, his buddy, Obama, newly certified divers, George W, gear configuration, line placement, ISIS, and the national response to Ebola. And JB is a life sucking horror hole that no one should be allowed to dive in, except me, and maybe Edd.

    Good work Edd, Thanks!

I'm with you guys on why is he having to fix so many close calls, the cave isn't that scary, pretty easy and it spits you back out pretty quick, so it will be interesting to see the full story when it comes out.

    Jackson County Times: http://www.jacksoncountytimes.net/in...stressed-diver

On November 04, 2014 Deputies responded to Blue Springs Recreational Park in reference to a distressed diver. Upon arrival Deputies learned that the diver had been down for approximately 2 ½ hours. Edd Sorenson, owner of Cave Adventures and an experienced rescue diver, was contacted to and responded to the park.

When Sorenson located the diver in the cave at the Blue Springs Recreational Park he was using his flashlight to signal for help and was coherent. Sorenson was able to decompress the distressed diver before bringing him to the surface. Once the diver emerged from the cave he was treated by Jackson County Fire and Rescue. The diver did not sustain any injuries.
