Default Underwater Video Housing And Camera Housing Both For Sale

The video housing is an "Equinox" model and is solid red. It has 3/4" plexiglass front and rear panels. A wide-angle lens is attached to the front panel. It is depth-rated for 300'. The controls and mounting plate are designed for the older, larger 8mm camcorders, so it would take some modification to use the housing with the newer, smaller camcorders.

The camera housing is an "AquaShot". The housing and strobe unit are white with red trim. They are depth-rated for 130'. The housing, strobe unit, flash deflector, viewfinder, and all other parts and paperwork are stored in a red padded "AquaShot" zippered case with shoulder strap.

Both of these items are over 10 years old, but are in very good shape.

If anyone is sincerely interested in either or both of them, please send me a personal message and I will E-mail you photos of them.

    Default

The video housing and wide-angle lens was purchased new for $895.00.

A photo of what it looks like can be seen at:

The one that I have is red in color.

I would like to get at least half of what I paid for it($450.00), but this price is not set in stone.

The controls and mounting plate were designed for an older-model "Panasonic" 8mm camcorder. I believe the camcorder model number was CCD-F40, but I'm not positive as I no longer have the camcorder paperwork.

The controls and mounting plate will need to be modified for use with a different camcorder.
