Default Sleepy Creek Lands (Adena Springs Ranch) permit application....

The St. Johns River Water Management District's Governing Board will not consider Sleepy Creek Lands' (formerly known as Adena Springs Ranch) consumptive use permit (CUP) application at the Board's Aug. 12, 2014, meeting.

The applicant has waived permitting timeframes and third parties have filed petitions. Therefore, the application is not currently scheduled to be considered by the Governing Board.

Visit the District's Sleepy Creek Lands web page for additional information.

Adena Springs Ranch is a 30,000 acre cattle ranch in Florida's Marion County and Adena Ranches is a related cattle ranch property in Levy County. Both are owned by Canadian billionaire Frank Stronach.
